MS Cardiology Services is a community-based ambulatory cardiology clinic and diagnostic facility. Our professional services are provided by 14 Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH) University Health Network (UHN) and University of Toronto (UofT) affiliated cardiologists, respirologists and nephrologists.
We are dedicated to the provision of high quality and accessible consultative and diagnostic services to our patients and to our referring physicians.
Registered Cardiology Technologist

Position Overview: As a Registered Cardiology Technologist, you will play a key role in performing a variety of diagnostic tests, including ECGs, Holters, stress tests, stress echoes, and nuclear stress tests. You will be working with cutting-edge cardiology equipment and be part of a supportive team that values professionalism and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform GXT, Stress Echo, and Nuclear Stress Tests with precision and care.

Conduct ECGs, ABPs, and Holter Hook-ups to ensure accurate diagnostic results.

Accurately document patient information and test results in our EMR system, adhering to medical terminology standards.

Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, providing clear instructions and support throughout procedures.

Maintain and troubleshoot cardiology equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Assist with the preparation and execution of cardiac procedures as required.

Follow department protocols and infection control policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications:

Must currently reside in Ontario, Canada.

Valid CSCT/OCST license, or pending registration.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing Holters, ECGs, Exercise Stress Tests, Stress Echoes, and Nuclear Stress Tests (I.V. insertion experience is a plus).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated initiative and professionalism, maintaining patient privacy and safety at all times.

Fluent in English

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy clinical setting.
